![]() Shiloh United Church of Christ Activities Recap Mission Report from Mexico - On Sept. 16, Jack and Rachael treated us to a great Mexican-style lunch, and gave a wonderful presentation about their recent trip to Mexico. They learned a lot about the culture, as well as the problems of immigration, education and poverty. Young at Heart - Our older and often homebound members came out on October 7 for an afternoon worship service with holy communion, followed by a turkey dinner with all the trimmings. There was a large turnout. American Red Cross Blood Drive - was held at Shiloh on October 8. Blood doners are urgently needed. For further information, please visit www.givelife.org. Church Hayride - Thanks to the hospitality of Dean and Sue James, we again enjoyed a great time at this annual event, including fellowship around the campfire with hot dogs and marshmallows. CROP Walk - Shiloh members were among the group who walked six miles on October 21 to raise money for the hungry. CROP now stands for Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty.
