KENYA MISSION

We at Shiloh have an ongoing mission with the people of Kenya.  A group of our members and friends have traveled several times to Kenya to meet the people and learn about their needs and how we can help.  Since then, medical supplies have been shipped or  brought to two different clinics, a school with 700 students now has safe drinking water, we have helped churches obtain Bibles in English and Kiswahili and  clothing, books, blankets and personal care items were given to the children at Mercy Home orphanage.   We continue to learn about the ways we are meant to help.  Our current projects include helping with Christian education, supporting the Mercy Home Orphanage, aiding a struggling medical clinic, and building a community center and library.  Our most recent trip to Kenya was in January 2006.  If you would like to help in any way, please call the church at 271-1943.
